The Health and Medicine Counsel has long served the Historically Black Colleges and Universities and broader health professions training community. We understand the legislative history, government resources, and dedicated programs, and can help institutions build research infrastructure, expand workforce and diversity development efforts, and align strategic goals with a dynamic policy environment.
